Mike Lind
Managing Director
Mike's primary function is to raise the profile and spectre of the ADR Group as a leading provider of dispute resolution services. Working closely with over 450 ADR Group mediators, Mike is committed to ensuring the Group provides a first class service to parties in dispute, whether the subject matter is legal, commercial or matrimonial in origin. Mike plays a key communications role working with the Group company directors, senior management and all ADR Net members.
ADR Group's continued expansion into European and international ADR markets is spearheaded by Mike. He sits on the European Commission's ADR Working Party and regularly spends time developing ADR projects throughout the European Union. He continues to draw on his experiences to further the work of the Group in this regard. Mike is also actively involved in the design and implementation of ADR corporate schemes and particularly the development of on-line dispute resolution and the application of this technology in .com industries.

Biography
Born in 1969, Mike was bought up in Pietermaritzburg, South Africa. After initially training as a biochemist, Mike switched to law where he qualified and was admitted as a practising solicitor to the Supreme Court of South Africa. He was drawn to the UK in 1996 to follow his enthusiasm and passion for ADR and mediation in particular. Whilst working for the DTI in London, Mike re-qualified as a British solicitor and mediator before moving to Bristol to join private sector law firm Bevans.
Mike began working for the ADR Group in 1998 where he headed up the case administration department. He was soon promoted to lead the company's business development programme to promote mediation as a business driven tool before being appointed Operations Director. On the 1st October 2004 he was appointed as Managing Director of the ADR Group.
A single figure handicap golfer and rugby enthusiast.
