Phillip Howell-Richardson - Chairman of ADR Net and Co-Chairman of ADR Group. Phillip has been a partner with  SJ Berwin since 2005. He was previously a partner with Morgan Cole solicitors based in Cardiff and London and Head of Litigation for the firm from 1985-1998 as well as a member of the main board from 1998-2000.

Prior to joining Morgan Cole in 1982 (then called Morgan Bruce) Phillip worked for Stanley Wasbrough and Osborne Clarke in Bristol. He qualified as a mediator in 1990 and has headed the ADR Net since 1995. He mediates throughout the UK in a wide variety of disputes and in recognition of his ability is noted in Chambers Guide to the Legal Profession as one of the leading mediators in the UK.

Phillip is a member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, the Association of European Lawyers, the Court of Appeal Advisory Committee on mediation initiatives and is a founding committee member of the Wales Commercial Law Association.
