stance
Mediation requires the agreement of all parties and this can

discuss options and ultimately to seek their consent to either proceed to mediation
or to advise of another suitable dispute resolution process. All discussions and correspondence take place in confidence and with assured
neutrality.
- Appointing
a suitable mediator ADRg’s national panel of mediators are all accredited and trained to the highest standards set by the our regulatory bodies. The choice of mediator rests ultimately with the parties in
dispute and/or their legal representatives.
- Case management
Once you have referred a case to ADRg, one of our Mediation Case Advisors will discuss your case requirements, before matching your specific criteria to our national panel of accredited mediators. You will then receive a proposed short-list of suitable mediators. Once a mediator has been selected and agreed by both parties, our Case Management Team will facilitate the administration process to allow parties to proceed to mediation.
- Professional
administration
Our Case Advisors will liaise with the parties and the mediator to agree a suitable date, time and venue for the mediation. Throughout the process we will offer support and guidance on other issues such as mediation preparation and documentation and communications
- Transparent
costs
ADRg believes that mediation services should be available
to all claims of all sizes. Our uniquely transparent pricing
structure opens all claims to the mediation process.
Our fees include the mediator’s fees and our administration
costs.
