Practice Overview
Mark became an accredited mediator in September 2011. Since then Mark has been engaged in a wide range of disputes ranging from high value and complex claims involving multiple parties to smaller (but equally important) claims involving individuals and small businesses.
Having qualified as a solicitor in 2008 Mark is a Senior Associate at a national firm specialising in contentious construction law. Mark acts on behalf of all parties in the construction industry supply chain, including main contractors, sub-contractors, developers and professional consultants.
Mark draws on his broad litigation experience, along with his mediator training, to resolve construction disputes.
Mark has a very level headed and calm demeanour, and relishes engaging in the detail of a dispute. He uses this level-headed and detailed approach to assist the parties in finding an outcome which is acceptable to both.
