Corporate: 
This is a business package which entitles you to train up to 3 mediators at a 40% discount

• Annual ADR Group Corporate Membership Certificate
• Up to 5 ADR Group accredited mediators eligible to join the ADR Group Mediator Panel 
• Proposed on voluntary, private scheme or court referred mediations
• Enhanced mediation rates if you refer mediations into the Group
• Entitled to vote at AGM
• 10% discount on all other ADR Group training programmes - whether advanced mediator programmes or our core foundation training course. Preferential rates for in-house courses
• Corporate details promoted on ADR Group website and group marketing materials
• Utilise our marketing services and branding for your clients
• Our commercial manager will attend your offices once per annum to deliver an ADR training update - which will carry CPD points if required

Fee: £2950 excluding VAT per annum (membership must last for an initial term of two years)

Individual:
Individuals seeking to enhance their own mediation capabilities

• Individual ADR Group Panel Mediator Certificate
• Enhanced mediation rates if you refer mediations into the Group
• Promoted on ADR Group website’s List of Individual Mediators
• Proposed on voluntary, private scheme or court referred mediations

Fee:  £750 excluding VAT per annum (membership must last for an initial term of two years)

Associate:
Aimed at individuals who are newly accredited with ADR Group and those who only wish to perform court based, time limited or ‘fast track’ mediations

• Associate ADR Group Panel Mediator Certificate
• Proposed on court referred, time limited or ‘fast track disputes’ (claims valued at less than £15,000) only
• Membership can be upgraded to Individual of corporate at any stage

Fee: £350 excluding VAT per annum
