National Mediation Helpline
The National Mediation Helpline is operated on behalf of the Department for Constitutional Affairs (DCA) in conjunction with the Civil Mediation Council (CMC). ADR Group is recognised as one of the accredited providers who participate in the National Mediation Helpline Scheme.

* The ADR Group will agree in advance whether the Small Claim should be dealt with in one or two hours. For the one hour rate the option is available to facilitate settlement over the telephone if appropriate, and if the parties agree.
If the value of your claim exceeds the National Mediation Helpline cap of £50,000, then the standard ADR Group Fee Schedule will apply.
