Brind Waldron
Brind is a highly committed, professional Commercial and Family Mediator. He naturally developed polished mediation skills to settle complex issues well before he acquired any professional qualification in mediation. He has 20 years experience in business development and problem-solving. Brind judiciously employs his advanced negotiating skills to enable difficult issues to settle. More recently, Brind’s criminal defence work exposes him to diverse cultures and dysfunctional family dynamics. I am passionate about the Hybrid Mediation model developed by the ADR Group as this leading-edge, versatile, unique approach gives proper recognition to commercial issues at stake and facilitates transformation of relationships from antagonism to co-operation.
