ADR Group is pleased to announce the appointment of Rahim Shamji as Director of Education and Training.  This is a new senior management position within the company which was created in response to increasing demand for mediation education and development programmes in the university sector.

Richard Schiffer, Chairman of ADR Group, commented: “As we grow domestically and internationally it has become necessary to have someone with the right sort of background to nurture this part of our business.  Rahim brings valuable educational and training experience which will enhance ADR Group’s relationships with education institutions and international partners, in key geographic regions including South and East Africa.  He brings a wealth of experience as a mediation practitioner and trainer, and this unique combination of real-life experience and academic methodology is a valuable asset to our business.”
