What about regulation?
At the present moment mediation is an unregulated profession. However, ADR Group has always been at the forefront of ensuring mediation is recognised as a profession in its own right. We were founder members of the Civil Mediation Council, a national body of mediation providers and professionals representing the common interest and high standards of practice. The CMC is an unincorporated association of members. ADR Group is a fully accredited panel provider on the Civil Mediation Council.
