Anthony Wooding
Anthony as a solicitor has focused on resolving disputes all his professional life, either by means of negotiation, mediation, arbitration or litigation. He has a broad dispute resolution practice, veering everything from negligence claims to neighbour disputes. His practice embraces business and private client work and he is as comfortable with a company director as a client on low income. As part owner of his own business and de facto chief executive of it in the last 3 years he understands only too well the commercial imperative for businesses to avoid, if at all possible, huge amounts of time and cost tied up in litigation.

He is quick to spot the key issues and to focus minds on a realistic outcome while maintaining a flexible approach..bmp)
