This intense two day course leads to a Certificate in Mediation Skills for Managers. This course equips delegates with the knowledge and skills they need to understand the new legislative landscape resulting from the 2008 employment act and to operate effectively within it with dealing with disputes in the workplace. Mediation Skills Awareness Programme
