Employment and Workplace Mediation Training

ADR Group strive to provide business professionals with the necessary tools and techniques required for managing everyday disputes which occur within the workplace. We have designed a skills-based, intensive workshop key professionals who wish to enhance their conflict management skills.

The course focuses on proven tools and techniques such as negotiation, active listening in order to provide an essential framework for handling internal disputes and preserving positive working relationships.

The course is taught by an expert in the HR sector who is also an accredited mediator. It is highly interactive and focuses on the skills necessary to identify and manage all types of workplace conflict from employment disputes through to disputes with customers or suppliers.
