Mediation Schemes
Amongst the many changes introduced by the new employment act and the ACAS code, a unique referral mechanism has been created by ACAS and the Civil Mediation Council (CMC). The CMC is a voluntary organisation committed to enhancing best practise for mediation professionals. Workplace mediation organisations can apply to the CMC to become registered workplace mediation providers. ADR Group is a CMC registered workplace mediation provider. ACAS will direct non-statutory enquiries and cases to the CMC registered providers for the provision of independent mediation services.
