Workplace Mediators
ADR Group offer an extensive, specialist panel of accredited workplace mediators who can assist with the resolution of your dispute. Please see the alphabetical list below which will enable you to select a mediator from our national panel.
Mediators can also be selected from our panel by areas of specialism and geographical location using the Mediator Search facility on the top right hand side.

Sara Barrett
Sara is an employment solicitor and Partner with George Davies Solicitors LLP, a legal 500 North West law firm. Sara’s work in employment law has provided her with an excellent understanding of the relationship issues that arise in the workplace and has extensive experience of resolving the same.

Alex Bevan
Alex Bevan is a director of Bevans and Head of the ADR Department. Alex has a civil litigation background and has wide experience of specialising in large one-off cases and international trade mark and passing off cases. His practice also includes complex employment disputes and financial services litigation. Alex has mediated over 240 cases and has also represented clients at mediations.

David Daly
David has completed over 100 commercial mediations, mostly to do with land, probate or employment which is the focus of his practice as a Barrister. He is both relaxed and authoritative, bringing to the parties in mediation a unique combination of people skills. He maintains control of the process and values everybody’s time. He avoids if possible keeping the parties well into the evening. He does not let the grass grow under his feet, keeps up the momentum and achieves very good results quickly. He displays a sense of humour whilst maintaining a businesslike approach.

Esyllt Davies
Esyllt is a practising employment lawyer with a great deal of experience in dealing with disputes in the workplace. Through a combination of her legal background and training as a mediator, she is able to facilitate discussion between the parties and, where appropriate, challenge their view. Having seen the mediation process work in her day to day practice, she believes it is a process eminently suited to workplace disputes, serving to preserve relationships and uncovering systematic faults that can easily be rectified to avoid future disputes.

Siobhan Elliott
Siobhan has great experience in resolving disputes from both a legal and commercial perspective. She has a highly professional and focussed approach to mediation which she combines with the ability to engage with the parties on a personal level, develop a rapport and understand the underlying issues which are often blocking the settlement process. She is energetic and works hard using a variety of techniques to bring the parties together. She draws on her thorough understanding of how legal issues arise in the workplace and how problems develop. Her interest in the psychology of disputes underpins her approach to workplace mediation.
