Our Civil to Workplace Conversion Course is a 1-day course aimed at teaching the essential skills needed to bridge the gap between Civil and Commercial Mediation and Workplace Mediation.
The training will cover:
- The differences between Civil and Commercial and Workplace Mediation
- The differences in the process - the mediation day itself
- Power imbalances
- Confidentiality - the reporting process
- Settlement agreements

Who Should Attend
Our Civil to Workplace Conversion Training is only available to accredited mediators who have completed a 40-hour civil and commercial mediator training, recognised by the Civil Mediation Council.
Post Training Support and Membership
