Toby Walker Appointed Deputy District Judge
ADR Group is very proud to announce that panel mediator, Toby Walker has been appointed a Deputy District Judge and will sit part-time on the South Eastern Circuit.
Toby was successful in a series of assessments he took over the last year in order to be considered for this position. He will assume this role alongside his current mediation practice and position as Head of Dispute Resolution at his Buckinghamshire based firm.
Toby, an experienced mediator, also advises on most Civil, Chancery and Commercial disputes and has successfully conducted cases to trial, or other favourable outcomes, for his clients. As a Deputy District Judge, Toby will sit in the County Court or the District Registry of the High Court and oversee a wide range of civil cases. Toby’s experience on the bench will bring valuable insight to his mediation practice.
