Anna is a practising barrister, specialising in traditional chancery, property, employment, insolvency and bankruptcy along with areas of regulatory law. Anna has prior practical experience of resolving disputes in a commercial, employment and workplace context, as a trained negotiator at a senior level within the the aviation industry. She was directly involved in several high level, complex change plans and reorganisations, and a multi million pound dispute settlement. Anna’s training and experience enables her to handle a variety of disputes. She brings a pragmatic, problem-solving approach to helping parties (often more than one) reach a workable agreement.

Professional Background
Anna holds a Certificate in Legal Studies, Diploma in English Law and graduated with a 2:1 LL.B (Honours) in 2012. She was called to the Bar in 2014. With 23 years prior experience as cabin crew for a major UK airline, during which time she spent 13 years as a trained union official and negotiator/mediator, she brings a wealth of operational, Health and Safety, regulatory, industrial and commercial experience from the aviation and workplace environment. Anna has undergone various training programs in managing organisational change, conflict management, transactional analysis and leadership. She is trained and certified by IATA (with Distinction) in international air law and is an external advisor to EASA.
