Avi is a full time Solicitor with over 19 years’ legal experience specialising in commercial and civil litigation and conscientious aspects of employment law. He also frequently appears in the High Court as a Solicitor Advocate.
He has developed a niche litigation practice dealing with shareholders/director’s disputes, complex property issues involving constructive trusts/resulting trust as well complicated contractual disputes.
He has also established extensive experience in contentious Charity Law having advised on a number of disputes relating to Places of Worship.
