Practice Overview
Peter is a practicing solicitor and a partner of a large national firm. In his current role, he leads the commercial litigation team in Birmingham, a role he has held since January 2018.
Peter facilitates a negotiation using probing questions to assist the parties in clarifying their positions with a view to assisting them reach a settlement. In addition to being an accredited mediator, Peter is an experienced advocate in mediations, attending his first mediation shortly after qualifying as a solicitor in 2001.
