Raj is Barrister and an experienced litigator. He deals with a significant amount of both contentious and non-contentious probate work including court of protection work. Alongside the probate work, there is a core of Property litigation, both in the commercial and residential fields. In and outside the probate arena he deals with the broad range of equitable relief that is the product of property litigation and private client work, which includes rectification, proprietary estoppel, constructive & implied trusts. Over the last 15-years, Raj’s work load has taken in work which focuses on public rights over land both public and landowner facing. This involves hearings in Court, Public Inquiries and administrative challenges to determinations of diverse rights such as highway rights, town & village greens, rights over commons and telecoms infrastructure.
