Robert has over 25 years' experience as a solicitor representing contractors, insurers and employers in construction disputes. His specialist knowledge includes professional negligence, PFI and outsourcing in addition to construction. Robert has been on TeCSA's panel of adjudicators since it was formed. Over the years Robert has been involved in a wide variety of commercial disputes outside construction.
Professional Background
Robert has a law degree from Oxford University and was at Reynolds Porter Chamberlain for his whole career as a solicitor. He was Senior Partner of the firm from 2008 to 2014 and head of the Construction & Projects Group until he retired from partnership in April 2018.
