Practice Overview
Sally originally worked in the mental health field before re-training as a solicitor and qualifying in 2006. Sally has been an accredited family mediator since 2010 and at least 60% of Sally’s practice since 2012 has been in the ADR field. Sally has worked in a variety of public and private sector settings and been practicing on a self-employed basis since 2014. Sally has a very good understanding of business structures and work place dynamics and has worked with people in different fields for over 25 years.
Sally is highly experienced as an effective communicator, negotiator and facilitator and is known for her personal approach and her effective dispute resolution skills.
Professional Background
Sally originally trained as a work place mediator in 2014 before becoming an accredited Civil and Commercial ADR group mediator in 2020 and an ADR Group accredited work place mediator in late 2020.
Sally is a practicing solicitor and has established alongside that a successful mediation practice in family mediation, civil and commercial mediation and work place mediation. Sally sits on a number of voluntary boards locally and nationally.
Sally is a member of Resolution, an active board member and board secretary to the Family Mediators Association and current Deputy Chair of the West Yorkshire Family Justice Board.
