Since 1999, after starting her professional journey, Sharmin has gained a career full of meaningful experience and incredible success.
From 1999 to 2012, Sharmin worked at Advantage West Midlands. Throughout her twelve years of working there, Sharmin steadily worked her way up the ranks while simultaneously gaining understanding and insight through experiences and earning well-deserved success.
From 2012 to 2015 Sharmin worked at Birmingham City University.
From 2016 to 2022 Sharmin worked at Midland Heart as an HR Business Partner. Sharmin was responsible for providing a comprehensive HR support service to its organisation and its subsidiaries.
This gave Sharmin all the necessary experience and attributes to launch her own business with mediation playing a central part.
